C&S Drafter / CAD Drafter - Part-Time

We are looking for a C&S Drafter / CAD Drafter to support ongoing consultancy and construction-related drafting works.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and amend C&S drawings using AutoCAD
• Support submission and construction drawing preparation
• Revise drawings based on consultant / engineer markups
• Coordinate drawing updates and revisions
• Maintain proper drawing records and file organisation
• Liaise internally on drafting coordination matters
• Ensure drawings are updated accurately and timely

Requirements:
• Proficient in AutoCAD
• Experience in C&S / construction / consultancy drafting works
• Familiar with submission and construction drawings
• Able to understand and follow consultant markups and instructions
• Familiarity with BIM / Revit is an added advantage
