Responsibilities
• Prepare, start up, monitor, and shutdown marine and cargo operations • Contribute to tank entry, inspection, and maintenance activities • Manage and supervise effectively, demonstrate leadership • Liaise with relevant departments, delegate authority • Promote training, safety awareness, and close-out of tasks • Contribute to control of critical situations and emergency response • Monitor and maintain pollution control measures • Perform emergency response role • Provide additional duties as required by the OIM/Unit Spt/HOD • Maintain safe and smooth running of the unit
Requirements
• Minimum qualifications of Chief Officer Unlimited per STCW Reg. AII/2 • 3 years of Crude Oil tankers experience as OOW - Chief Officer experience • Previous FPSO experience advantageous • Medically fit to offshore International standards • Conscientious, versatile, determined, and capable of positive communication and performance • Good safety and supervisory skills • Good communication skills in English • Flexible in changing work demands • Appropriate technical, legal, and professional knowledge • Practical familiarity with standard 'Office' software and Internet/electronic mail system
