Job Description - Contract And Project Admin Executive - Part-Time
Responsibilities:
General administration support to contract and project team on documentation control in accordance with ISO compliance. Prepare contract and project documentation, reports and manage filing systems
Prepare purchase order and liaise with vendors and site personnel for delivery arrangement.
Prepare progress claim to client and payment certificates to the subcontractors.
Undertake any other ad-hoc task assigned by project manager and functional head
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any discipline
Minimum 2 years working experience in construction industry is preferred for this position
Candidate shall possess willingness to learn, positive and open-minded mindset
Candidate shall be outcome oriented and take ownership of the duties assigned
