Contract Facilities Technician (M&E) - Up To 4.5K / WEST #HHL - Part-Time

📍 Location: Gul Circle

🕗 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.00am – 5.00pm
📄 1 Year Contract (Renewable)
💰 Salary: Up to 4.5K

Job Responsibilities:
• Perform routine inspection, maintenance, and minor repair works for building facilities
• Support maintenance of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and sanitary systems
• Carry out preventive maintenance and troubleshooting works
• Respond to facility issues and equipment breakdowns
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for servicing works
• Support fire safety checks and workplace safety inspections
• Maintain maintenance records and reports
• Assist with office setup, furniture installation, and equipment relocation when required

Requirements:
• Min. ITE / Diploma in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
• Min 1 year of building or facility maintenance experience
• Basic knowledge in electrical, HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing systems
• Hands-on and able to perform troubleshooting works
• Team player with good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge for maintenance reporting systems
