Corporate Development (Intern) - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Work on social projects suck as exploring new business venture through research and financial modelling.
• Conduct thorough market research to support investment and business decisions.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and due diligence on potential opportunities.
• Assist in preparing investment decks and investment proposals.
• Liaise with property agents, investors and other key stakeholders.
• Accompany senior team members on site visits to evaluate business model and potential real estate acquisitions.
• Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of investment analysis.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Good written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Meticulous in financial reporting.
• Experience with financial modelling, market research, and developing investment deck.
