Electrical Site Supervisor - Part-Time

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company in the utmost professional manner while constantly embracing honesty, integrity, and truth
• Comply with anti-graft, non-bribery requirements
• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (drawings and specifications), phasing plans, structural systems interrelationships, construction sequencing, and project schedule
• Attend daily job site safety meetings and perform weekly project safety audits
• Work with the project safety team to ensure all works are being carried out to the highest levels of safety
• Coordinate with on-site Resident Technical Officers (RTOs) and Resident Engineers( REs) for all required inspections and work verification
• Develop look-ahead schedules and assist the MEP Construction manager in long range planning
• Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between all relevant subcontractors during construction

Requirements:

• Must possess BCSS certificate
• Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing construction background. Precast construction is also a plus
• 5+ years of mechanical, electrical, or plumbing site supervisor
• Experience building data centers or other technically intensive facilities
• Mechanical, electrical, or plumbing and engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications and schematics associated with the mechanical, electrical, or plumbing trades
