Facilities Engineer(2 Years Renewable Contract) - Part-Time

**2 years renewable contract**

*Working location: Riffle range(shuttle bus is provided from Beauty World)

Job Description:

• Plan and supervise renovation, A&A/M&E works on fire protection system, cooling tower, air con, etc.
• Plan and supervise building services such as cleaning, landscaping, waste management, renovation.
• Plan and conduct routine inspection for building/M&E facilities works.
• Ensure contractors/vendors comply with security and safety requirements works.
• Familair with putting up paperworks for works/services to be done by contractors/vendors.
• Perform acceptance of services completed by contractor e.g. pest control, grass cutting, etc.
• Response to emergency call including after office hours e.g. power failure, fire incident, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Facilities Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Class 2/3 Driving license (preferred)
• More than 5 years’ experience in Facilities/M&E maintenance.
• May be required to work on weekends for emergency/urgent works
