Facility Manager (ACMV/HVAC) - Part-Time

Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30, Sat 8.30am - 12.30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinated and consolidated facility operations and documentation across office services and building maintenance functions.
• Prepared and presented weekly and monthly reports to clients, covering operational updates, upcoming plans, potential risks, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Planned, monitored, and managed preventive maintenance schedules for critical systems including HVAC/ACMV, MAU/AHU, exhaust systems, and utilities, while coordinating servicing and inspections with external contractors.
• Managed vendor relationships, including service coordination, quotation evaluation, approval processes, and performance tracking based on SLA/KPI standards.
• Oversaw consumables planning and inventory management, including filter stock monitoring and replenishment, to ensure efficient storage utilization and operational readiness.
• Led incident management and escalation processes during system breakdowns, ensuring accurate documentation and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Supervised the on-site Facilities Management team and supported the Facility Supervisor in daily operational activities, coordination, and reporting functions.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Facility Management, Building Services, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Facility management experience, ideally within laboratory / life science / pharmaceutical / cleanroom or Hospitality/Attractions related environments.
• Strong working knowledge of ACMV/HVAC systems and building maintenance planning.
• Proven ability to manage vendors, consolidate technical documentation, and present clear client reports.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in an environment with controlled access and strict safety practices.
