IT Technician - Part-Time

DESCRIPTION OF JOB TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintains the computer and network systems of an organisation.

- Troubleshooting and diagnosing computer hardware and software issues

- Ensuring that all systems are working properly.

- Setting up computer networks and assisting employees and customers with IT-related problems.

- Maintain all administrative records, files and material record in a central file.

- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

- Maintaining and updating the server logs of the incident and its resolution

- Document IT Records, routine checkups to be performed along with its documentation on a regular interval.

- Creating and submitting deliverables/reports.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

- Knowledge to operate printers and all IT devices

- Can Speak fluent English, Read, and Write

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

- Professional Certificates on IT related skills

EDUCATION:

- Minimum Diploma or equivalent on related IT Qualifications

EXPERIENCE:

- With 3 years experience in IT related field.
