Preztigez Asia has been operating for 15 years, we provide our manpower services (drivers, traffic marshals and guest service agents) mainly to hotels, corporate companies, food & beverage establishments, shopping malls and retail fronts.

Job Summary

An Operations Assistant ensures smooth daily business functioning by handling administrative tasks, coordinating departmental workflows, managing records, and supporting management. They analyze data, maintain schedules, manage inventory, and assist with process improvements to enhance efficiency. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Shift and drive cars within automobile service centers and hotel premises to support daily operations
• Collect and deliver cars to designated locations accurately and on time
• Use GPS technology to navigate efficiently between work sites
• Communicate politely and professionally with customers to provide excellent service
• Adapt to work at various locations including Sentosa, Pandan, City Hall / Orchard, and Leng Kee / Alexandra
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth vehicle handling and customer satisfaction
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license
• Maintain a minimum of 2 years driving experience to meet insurance requirements

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to manage multiple car brands, makes, and models
• Exhibit flexibility to work across various sites and shifts
• Show teamwork skills to support operational needs

Other Information

• Part-time candidates must be able to work a minimum of 6 hours per day for at least 3 days per week
• Uniform tops will be provided
• Training will be provided
• Salary range: Part Time $11.50 to $14.00 per hour; Full Time $2500 to $3000 per month
