Planning Manager (LTA Projects) - Part-Time

# Salary range: $6,000 to $9,000

# Site:5.5 days / 44 hrs

# Office:5.5 days / 44hrs

# 1 year contract position

A Geotechnical Solutions Provider is inviting keen individuals to join its team as a Planning Manager (Contract).

Job Description

• Responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules
• Coordinate with Clients, consultants, project team, to prepare and support the development of project construction program
• Update, track, and report project progress that isaligned with planned schedule
• Prepare weekly progress reports
• Able to keep track of project progress and identify possible delay events with mitigations
• Highlight to the team for potential delay and risk

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Good understanding of construction industry practices and standards to perform planning and scheduling
• At least 8 years of related experience in LTA major projects
• Proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6and Microsoft Project 2010
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Pro-active and able to work independently
• Meticulous and detailed-oriented
