Project Co-Ordinator (Contract) - Part-Time

Job Description

• Participate in project meetings, plan and manage team goals, project schedules and new information

• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track

• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are updated, properly filed and stored

• Prepare and submission of contract documents for control and implementation of contract administration with clients & sub-contractors

• Direct project correspondences to memos, meeting minutes and emails

• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives

• Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned.

Requirements

· Possess excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills

· Efficient, Good Analytical Skills and able to work independently

· Minimum Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or equivalent. Possess quantity surveying skills is a plus

· Experience in Pharmaceutical industry is favourable

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project and AutoCad

· Working Hours: 9am~6pm (Mon ~ Fri)

· Annual Leaves: 14 Days
