Job Description

We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support a new site implementation end-to-end; from procurement documentation coordination to asset/inventory movement and move-in logistics.

In this role, you will:

• Support the team in new site implementation activities, including compiling documentation and helping prepare tender materials (including Invitation to Tender / ITT support).

• Track procurement submissions and coordinate with relevant stakeholders (vendors and internal teams) to keep activities moving smoothly.

• Support asset & inventory management, including write-off/disposal processes and identifying items to transfer to the new location.

• Coordinate reinstatement & move-in activities by liaising with vendors/contractors, tracking progress, and supporting logistics for a smooth handover.

What we’re looking for

• Background in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

• Experience in at least one of the following areas: facilities/office management, procurement or contract administration, project coordination, or logistics and operations.

• Familiarity with government procurement processes (especially tender/ITT documentation) and lease/tenancy documentation is an advantage.
