Project Engineer - Part-Time

Jobresponsibilities:

• Overallproject planning, schedule and executing the delivery of projects within time,budget and Client’s expectations.

•Monitoring progress and identifying critical activities to expedite smoothprogress of works on site to meet targets.

•Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors e.g. Consultants andSub- Contractors/Suppliers for the flawless execution of all projects.

• Ensurethat all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.

• Ensurethat work are executed in accordance with approved plans/drawings, contractspecifications and regulatory requirements.

• Ensureresource availability and allocation.

• Developdetailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

• Manage changesto projects’ scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verificationtechniques.

• Performrisk management to minimize project risks.

• Measureproject performance using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Createand maintain comprehensive project documentation.

•Responsible for the overall project management, planning & control, andexecution, including project budget evaluation and profitability.

entify andcomply with all applicable statutory/regulatory requirements related to theproject.

Lead ateam of professional and technical staff in planning and execution ofday-to-day operations to achieve all key project target.

Respondswiftly to work delays, emergencies, and other problems.

• Reportand escalate to Management as needed.

• Anyother duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Provenat least 3 years of working experience in project management in the public andprivate residential, government and commercial building projects.

• Solidtechnical knowledge related to structural, architectural (finishing) or M&Eworks.

• Solidorganizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Excellent team player with ability to meet tight deadlines.
