PROJECT ENGINEER (Technical Personnel) - Part-Time

1. Act as the company's Technical Controller (TC) or Approved Person (AP) for BCA registration and compliance.

2. Must have at least 4 years of proven experience serving as a registered Technical Person (TC/AP) in a previous construction company.

3. Ensure all on-site construction works comply strictly with Singapore's Building Control Act and statutory regulations.

4. Maintain updated structural plans on-site and serve as the main point of contact for BCA site inspections.

5. Oversee and coordinate day-to-day on-site engineering activities to keep the project on schedule.

6. Review and interpret engineering specs, architectural drawings, and BIM/AutoCAD models to resolve design discrepancies.

7. Manage subcontractors and site supervisors to ensure quality workmanship and efficient labor deployment.

8. Enforce strict safety protocols on-site and collaborate with safety officers to maintain a zero-accident workplace.

9. Coordinate closely with appointed Qualified Persons (QP), clients, and government agencies (BCA, LTA, PUB) for approvals.

10. Lead the final testing, defects rectification, and hand-over process to ensure statutory compliance before project completion.
