QUANTITY SURVEYOR - Part-Time

Roles and Responsiblities

• To take out quantities from drawings and prepare BOQ.

• To assist in claiming interim payment from Client.

• To calculate quantities for subcontractors’ claims.

• To contact subcontractors to request quotations.

• To record status of main materials consumption (i.e. Concrete, Rebar).

• To support Senior QS and Managers.

• Perform other QS-related duties as assigned by Reporting Manager.

Requirement

Degree in Civil Engineering or Architect

Min. 2 years experience

Microsoft Office, AutoCad

Project location at Bugis
