RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER - Part-Time

To assist the Resident Engineer in supervision and inspection on site

Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved plans under Building Control Act. Inspection on site, co-ordination, quality control and supervision works

Work experience in HDB or LTA or Other construction projects including Structural, Architectural and M&E work

Supervise the execution of the construction works and ensure the works are carried out in accordance with BCA specifications and complying with quality and safety standard

Relevant work experience as a civil engineer in supervision of works similar in nature to the works in the Civil Contracts

Inspect materials, structural elements and workmanship to ensure quality, including piling works, concreting and steel works as well as rejecting noncompliant works

Maintain daily site records, diaries, inspection checklist and material testing records. Prepare reports on project progress, site issues and incidents

Coordinating with contractors, subcontractors and other consultants to ensure work proceeds to schedule
