Resident Technical Officer - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction works on site to ensure compliance with BCA regulations and accurate implementation of design documentation
• Coordinate on-site activities to maintain smooth workflow and uphold construction safety standards
• Perform project-related duties as assigned to support successful project delivery
• Use MS Word, Excel, and Project to update project status and prepare reports effectively

Required competencies and certifications

• Registered as Resident Technical Officer accredited by IES/ACES with a minimum of 3 years HDB/PUB/LTA project experience

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Singapore Polytechnic or other recognized tertiary institutions
• National Certificate on Construction Supervision from BCA or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Project for project updates and reporting
