RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER-M&E - Part-Time

Designation : RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER - M&E
Experience : 3+ years
Salary : 5500 to 6000
Location : Tuas /Punggol

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect M&E works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, and installation works carried out by contractors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders on technical and site matters.
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out in accordance with workplace safety and environmental regulations.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Maintain proper site records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify and report non-compliance issues and follow up on rectification works.
• Assist the Qualified Person (QP) and project team in project execution and coordination.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related discipline.
• Possess valid M&E Resident Technical Officer (RTO) certification accredited by the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES).
• Registered with the relevant authority as an M&E RTO in Singapore.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant site supervision experience in building or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Good knowledge of local authority regulations, codes of practice, and construction safety requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and on-site.
