Senior Drafter - Part-Time

Job Description:

· Tender drawings Preparation (Layouts, Schematic &single line)

· Review Consultant’s design drawings and specification.

· Support the Project team with Technical delivery usingthe required software

· Create 2D and 3D drawings base on contract drawings,Specifications and technical submittals.

· Coordinate All MEP services in AutoCAD and AutoCADNavisworks Platform.

· Prepare Shop/Installation drawings base on coordinatedModel.

· Create Revit Model and Revit Families.

· Attend the Drawings Coordination Meeting (CAD and BIM)

· All the drawings Prepared in time and as per thespecifications and quality requirements.

· Shop drawings submission and get approval from client.

· Working drawings Prepare for site installation.

· Prepare As built drawings as per site installation and getApproval from client.

· Assist in managing the drafting departments and controlthe Records of drawings.

· Prepare Operation Manual Maintenance Drawings Record.

· Maintenance All the Project Drawings and keep Record.
