SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEER - Part-Time

• Report to the Planning Manager
• Review/submit EOT and contractual documents to the client
• Prepare project planning and execution documents for approvals and submission in compliance with the relevant regulatory and legislative requirements
• Prepare project progress reports
• Review subcontractors’ construction plans and programs and incorporate into Masters’ Program
• Oversee the manpower and material resources to support the whole execution of the project
• Oversee the overall scheduling of the project cost & quality to comply with the contractual regulatory and legal obligations
• Organize/Coordinate official meetings or protocols between Singapore and South Korean authorities concerned and various project stakeholders
• Provide periodic updates with project progress to Korean Headquarters and Singapore Branch Office
• Act as a key liaison for Korean-speaking executives, staff and partners

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE board
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience with A1 MNC construction firm, inclusive of at least 10 years in a Managerial role is essential for this position
• Candidate should possess relevant experience in a similar role for vehicular structures and road projects of similar scale & complexity
• Experience in projects with international EPC contractors or mega projects with contract amount higher than S$500 million is highly preferred
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project and ERP is mandatory for this position
• Knowledgeable with all aspects of the construction cycle
• Self-motivated, independent individual and possesses great initiatives
