SITE ENGINEER - Part-Time

Mon to Sat - 8.30am - 6.00pm

Job Scopes:

• Supervise daily construction activities.
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor subcontractors' performance and workmanship.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Attend site meetings and technical discussions.
• Resolve site issues and technical problems.
• Inspect completed works to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Raise and close inspections (IR/RFI).
• Rectify defects and ensure proper workmanship.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations.
• Conduct site safety inspections.
• Ensure workers wear proper PPE and follow safe work procedures.
• Prepare work schedules and monitor project progress.
• Ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Report delays and recommend corrective actions.
• Order and monitor construction materials.
• Check material quality upon delivery.
• Coordinate equipment and manpower requirements.

• Maintain proper project records.
• Interpret construction drawings.
• Solve technical issues on site.
• Coordinate drawing revisions with consultants.
• Monitor material usage.
• Reduce wastage.
• Assist with subcontractor claims and project budgeting.
• Common Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on-site and manage multiple subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Architecture / Engineering / Construction / MEP or equivalent.
• Well versed in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Naviswork and BIM Authoring Tools like Revit.
• Min 2 years of experience in Architectural / Electrical & Mechanical BIM Models related projects in Singapore.
• Fluency with collaboration and data management solutions like BIM Collaborate Pro and BIM 360 Docs
• ABLE to commitment weekends when requirement
