Site Supervisor - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, supervise, and coordinate daily project activities to ensure successful project completion.
• Monitor project schedules, site progress, and work quality to ensure timely delivery within budget and client requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
• Allocate manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources effectively to maximize productivity.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, work programs, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Supervise site operations and resolve technical or operational issues promptly.
• Monitor project costs, control budgets, and recommend cost-effective solutions where necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Identify project risks, implement preventive measures, and resolve issues to minimize delays.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise site personnel to achieve project objectives and maintain high performance.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Attend project meetings and provide regular updates on project progress to management and clients.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, site challenges, and unforeseen project issues.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and equipment required for project execution.
• Prepare project completion reports and ensure all project documentation is properly maintained.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant supervisory or project management experience in construction projects, including residential, commercial, industrial, or government projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, structural, architectural, and M&E works.
• Good understanding of Singapore construction regulations, workplace safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Excellent leadership, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of project management software is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work on-site and meet project deadlines.
