Technical Service Engineer (Contract) - Part-Time

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Service Engineer to provide technical support for our waterproofing and construction chemical solutions. The incumbent will work closely with customers, consultants, contractors and the Sales team to deliver technical solutions, support project execution and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Project Execution

• Provide technical support for waterproofing and construction chemical products.

• Conduct site inspections, site audits and technical troubleshooting.

• Review project specifications and recommend suitable technical solutions.

• Support site installations and ensure compliance with approved application methods.

• Investigate technical issues and prepare technical reports with recommendations.

 Customer Support & Training

• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations.

• Deliver technical training to customers, contractors and consultants.

• Assist the Sales team with technical proposals and project opportunities.

• Support product testing, mock ups and field evaluations when required.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or a related discipline.

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in waterproofing, construction chemicals or related industries.

• Knowledge of waterproofing systems, PU and cementitious coatings and construction methodologies will be an advantage.

• Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to travel to project sites as required.

• Possess valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  

Preferred Experience

• Experience with waterproofing applications for commercial, residential or infrastructure projects.

• Experience conducting site inspections and technical investigations.

• Experience providing technical training or product demonstrations.
