Technician - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Facilities Manager in the daily operations
• Supervise, plan and organize a team of on-site contractors in carry out Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance works
• Investigate, check and analyze reported breakdown and fault to determine the causes for prevention of future occurrence
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in building systems
• Carry out regular inspection to the facilities and systems and ensure their functionality and reliability
• Ensure contractors on defect rectification after servicing
• Set-up and operate AV system in the Auditorium, atrium and AV Room
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering/ Building Services or related fields
• minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in Building and Facilities maintenance
• Experience in AV system will be an advantage
• Able to start work within a short notice
