 10 Weeks Temp Patient Service Associate (Call Centre)

 Location: Jalan Bukit Merah

 Working Hours:

• Mon – Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm

• Every Sat: 8:00am – 12:00pm

• Office Hours | 5.5 Days

 Salary: $10.50/hour

 Requirements:

• Min N / O / A Level or NITEC holders

 Medical & Vaccination:

Polyclinics will cover the medical/vaccination screening cost upon successful commencement of work. Candidates may be required to take vaccination boosters (MMR, TDAP, Varicella, Hep B) if existing vaccinations are no longer valid.

 Job Responsibilities:

• Handle appointment booking calls and general enquiries from patients/public

• Provide accurate information and assistance over the phone

• Manage patient feedback and service-related enquiries

• Assist with consultation rates and medical package enquiries

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth call centre operations

• Update patient records and data when required

• Support other ad-hoc duties assigned
