6 Months Receptionist (Start 28 Sep 2026) Central Up To $4000 #NKA - Part-Time

Location: Asia Square

Duration: 6 months (Starting from 28th Sep 2026)

Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 9 - 6

Salary: Up to $4000

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors at the office reception and direct to appropriate person/meeting room/office
• Answer and screen incoming phone calls
• Keep reception area tidy and presentable and ensure all displays are in working order
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Arrange international and local courier
• Preparation of meeting rooms, serve drinks to visitors and tidy meeting rooms after use
• Booking of meeting rooms for staff via Outlook
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access to non-public areas via the reception desk
• Coordinate with vendors/ building management for office maintenance and servicing
• Coordinate weekly office lunch and fruits
• Submission of administrative related invoices in Concur – training provided
• Coordinate procurement of office and supplies and perform administrative office duties
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience and general knowledge of Receptionist procedures
• Efficient, organized and resourceful with a strong attention to detail
• Proficient with basic office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
