6 Months Temp Front Office Assistant - HSN - Part-Time

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Novena

Working hours: 5 days, 42 hours work week, any day Monday to Sunday

Shift 1: 0700 – 1630 ($12 an hour)

Shift 2: 1030 – 2000 ($12 an hour)

Shift 3: 1300 – 2230 ($12 an hour)

Shift 4: 2200 – 0730 ($16 an hour )

*Roster includes weekends and Public Holidays*

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor all inquiries for reservation and manage all communication with clients for rates and assist to increase revenue though occupancy.

• Develop and maintain effective professional relationship with all clients and provide assistance on phone and in person.

• Ensure optimal level of customer services for all guests and manage all communication with guests for check in and check out process.

• Maintain neat and clean desk and lobby area at all times and greet all guests with courtesy.

• Monitor all operations and ensure compliance to all quality assurance standards when dealing with patients

• Any Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

- Min NITEC in any field.

- Able to work roster includes weekends and Public Holidays
