Agency SN For Day Ward (Till 31 Dec, Renewable) *OFFICE HOURS* - Part-Time

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday staggered office hours

7am to 4pm / 8am to 5pm / 9am to 6pm, depending on roster

Salary: $30/hr

Job Scope

• Deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care to patients undergoing day procedures and treatments.
• Perform patient assessment, admission, pre- and post-procedure nursing care.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and clinical condition, and escalate any changes promptly.
• Administer medications and carry out nursing procedures in accordance with doctors' orders and hospital protocols.
• Assist doctors during examinations and procedures where required.
• Provide patient education and discharge instructions to patients and their caregivers.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Ensure compliance with infection prevention, medication safety, and hospital policies.
• Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Support patient safety initiatives and report incidents according to hospital guidelines.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Valid SNB and BCLS
• Min 1 year of acute hospital nursing experience
