BD Assistant - Part-Time

Key responsibilities:

● Cold - Calling, Identifying and acquiring new customers throughout reach initiatives and referrals.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales and business development operations and customer satisfaction.

● Maintain file system, client databases and update customer records. (CRM & Excel)

● Provide sales and customer service support to the sales and business development team.

● Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

● Assist in the coordination and organisation of sales events and exhibitions.

● Liaise with internal and external costing team for timely proposal submission to clients

● Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, sales proposals and other sales materials.

● Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

● Min. Diploma education.

● Training will be provided.

● Good interpersonal skills and sales-oriented.

● Strong organizational and administrative skills.

● Proactive, Independent, meticulous and a good team player.

● Keen interest to learn new knowledge.

● Proficiency in Google office Suite & MS Office
