Brand Ambassador #TNJHJ - Part-Time

We are hiring Brand Ambassador to be outsourced to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers and provide an engaging showroom experience while representing the BYD brand professionally.
• Maintain showroom presentation and vehicle displays, engage customers to understand their needs, capture leads in the CRM system, support content creation and social media activities, assist with customer service, cashiering and administrative duties, manage showroom inventory and promotional materials, gather customer feedback, and support marketing events and roadshows.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or retail experience.
• Prior automotive knowledge and content creation experience is an added advantage.

Working Hours: 5-day work week (2 weekdays off). Mon–Fri: 9.30am – 7.30pm; Sat–Sun: 9.30am – 6.30pm or 1.00pm – 10.00pm (Shift)
Salary: up to $2,800
Contract Period: 12 months
