Business Support Executive (1-Year Contract, Renewable) - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities

This role will be employed by LOGISTEED Singapore and deployed to Hitachi High-Tech Singapore (HHTS) to provide business operational and administration support.

The Business Support Executive is responsible for all functions related to sales and plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the business.

• Support order processing, customer service, and related business transactions.
• Coordinate and communicate with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders on day-to-day operational matters.
• Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support on operational matters.
• Provide administrative and operational support for business activities and processes.
• Monitor and follow up on operational activities to ensure timely completion and service delivery.
• Prepare, process, and maintain business documents, records, and reports.
• Support new customer and supplier onboarding processes.
• Assist in data management, reporting, and analysis to support business decision-making.
• Support internal controls, compliance activities, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
• Participate in projects and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years' experience in business support, customer service, sales support, procurement, or a similar function.
• Experience with ERP or business management systems is preferred
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA will be an advantage
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or related field
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
