Deliver a positive and professional customer experience

Support daily operations and maintain a welcoming environment

Engage customers and understand their needs to provide appropriate support

Maintain presentation standards and operational readiness

Capture customer information and maintain accurate records in internal systems

Support marketing and promotional activities, including content and events

Assist with administrative and operational duties as required

Monitor supplies and support inventory coordination

Gather customer feedback and share insights for service improvement

Participate in training and support business initiatives as assigned
