Chiropractic Clinic Assistant (Full Time / Part-Time Positions Available)

Singapore Central Area - Potong Pasir (Full Time / Part Time Position Available)

Requirements for Job Commitment Hours (note on working hours before applying)

1) Full Time Position

• 42-44 hours per week (3 Weekday Full Shifts, 1 Weekday Half Shift & 1 Weekend)

• Weekday Full Shift (9.5 hours - 10am to 9pm [1.5 hrs lunch break from 2pm to 3:30pm])

• Weekday Half Shift (5.5 hours - AM [10am to 3:30pm] or PM [3:30pm to 9pm])

• Weekend Shift (8 hours - 10am to 6pm, flexible lunch break inclusive)
   

• Flexible & accommodating weekly schedule

• $2,600 - $2,800 per month with attractive incentive scheme

2) Part Time Position

• 2 to 3 days per week (1 weekend required)

• 1 Weekday Full Shift or 1 Weekday Half Shift and 1 Weekend (can be discussed if looking for more/less hours)

• Weekday Full Shift (9.5 hours - 10am to 9pm [1.5 hrs lunch break 2pm to 3:30pm])

• Weekday Half Shift (4 - 5.5 hours - AM [10am to 2:00pm] or PM [3:30pm to 9pm])

• Weekend (8 hours - 10am to 6pm, flexible lunch break inclusive)
   

• Flexible & accommodating weekly schedule

• $13 per hour

Operating Hours:

• Monday: 10am to 2pm, 3:30pm to 9pm

• Tuesday: 3:30pm to 9pm

• Wednesday: Closed

• Thursday: 10am to 2pm, 3:30pm to 9pm

• Friday: 10am to 2pm, 3:30pm to 9pm

• Saturday & Sunday: 10am to 6pm

• Closed on Public Holidays
   

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and quality front-line services to patients

• Register patients and manage patient appointments

• Managing patient flow and multi-tasking

• Provide assistance on daily clinic operations

• Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries

• Payment collection, cashiering and billing
  

Requirements

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Equipped with Basic IT skills

• Relevant working experience in healthcare industry will be extra advantage.

• Good team player, meticulous, service-oriented, independent and initiative.
