Position: Client Relation Service Officer (Temporary)
Location: Buona Vista, Singapore
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Contract Duration: 4 months
Salary: 2.2k

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to investors' enquiries through multiple customer service channels.
• Promote digital self-service options and guide investors on using online services.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required.
