• Mon – Thu: 9:30am – 5:30pm
• Fri – Sat: 9:30am – 12:30pm

Salary

• $2,500 – $3,500 (depending on experience)

Job Scope

Frontline patient service and reception duties
Patient registration and appointment scheduling
Coordination and booking of referral appointments
Handling inbound calls, enquiries, and clinic communications
Processing medical insurance claims, invoices, and payment collection
Maintaining clinic inventory and stock levels
Supporting general administrative and ad-hoc clinic duties
