Concierge (Weekend Only) - Orchard - Part-Time

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Work in exclusive residential estate
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills
• Respond to residents’ inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Provide services such as facility booking, taxi booking, handling couriers, transportation options, and any additional requests upon demand
• Handle calls and receiving of parcels for residents
• Liaise with residents on function area setup
• Maintain a safe and secure environment
• Ensure that the reception area is kept tidy at all times
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Relevant working experience in the service industry.
• Posses good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin to Chinese residents (inquiries, requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner)
• Salary per day $134
