Responsibilities

• Initiate and conduct genuine phone conversations with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored responses
• Adapt communication style dynamically during calls to address individual customer requirements effectively
• Represent the brand professionally as the first point of contact, ensuring positive customer experiences
• Meet daily call volume targets while maintaining high-quality interactions and customer satisfaction
• Consistently log in and follow through on scheduled calls to support team goals and reliability
