🔍 Role Overview:
You will support CRM initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall ownership experience through structured programs, events, and data-driven insights.

📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer engagement and loyalty programs, including partner coordination and customer sign-ups
• Act as key liaison for events agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Support planning and execution of customer events and engagement activities
• Analyse customer feedback, data, and NPS/CSAT to improve engagement strategies
• Assist in CRM system management and customer database quality
• Support marketing campaigns and customer experience initiatives
• Ensure events deliver strong ROI and long-term customer satisfaction
• Provide operational and administrative support to the CRM and marketing team
