Execute marketing and customer campaigns to improve customer retention and sales opportunities

Develop customer segmentation and personalised engagement strategies

Work closely with internal teams to support customer-related initiatives and campaigns

Analyse customer and campaign data to provide insights and performance recommendations

Monitor campaign and customer performance metrics and prepare regular reports

Coordinate lead management processes, tracking, and follow-up activities

Support process improvements to enhance lead quality, response time, and conversion rates
