Customer Proposition Manager (Product Development) (8 Months Contract) #NKC - Part-Time

Develop and enhance value propositions for retail customer segments using customer insights.

Plan and execute campaigns to support customer acquisition, engagement, and brand awareness.

Drive end-to-end customer acquisition strategies, including onboarding, activation, and retention.

Work with internal and external partners to strengthen customer engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve customer experience and portfolio growth.

Monitor campaign performance and customer quality, and refine strategies based on insights and data.

Manage departmental budget, including tracking of expenses and reconciliation activities.

Support ongoing improvements to customer engagement and growth initiatives
