📢 Customer Service Coordinator (6 Months Maternity Cover)
📍 Location: Pandan Loop (Relocating to Jurong East in Q3 2026)
🕒 Monday – Friday | Office Hours
💰 Salary: Up to $4,000

Looking for an experienced Customer Service professional who enjoys coordinating with customers, sales teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order fulfillment and excellent customer experience.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer enquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Process quotations, sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices
• Coordinate with sales, service engineers, logistics teams, and suppliers to ensure timely product delivery
• Monitor order status and provide shipment updates to customers
• Maintain accurate customer records within ERP/CRM systems
• Manage service requests, maintenance schedules, and equipment-related enquiries
• Follow up on customer feedback and complaints, working closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Prepare reports and provide administrative support to sales and service teams
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
