Customer Service Coordinator (6-Month) - WEST #HHL - Part-Time

💰 Salary: Up to $4,000

🕒 Monday – Friday, Office Hours

📍 Clementi (Relocating to Jurong East in Q3 2026)

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales quotations, sales orders, and project purchase orders
• Coordinate with the Procurement Team on order processing and documentation
• Download, prepare, and submit ITQs/Tenders via online portals
• Process credit notes and maintain accurate records
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
• Maintain proper documentation and filing
• Provide team support and assist with ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:

• Experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative coordination
• Familiarity with tender submissions and order processing is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
