Customer Service Coordinator - West - Part-Time

• Location: West (Company transport provided)

• Monday - Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM

A global engineering and technology company specializing in advanced water solutions, industrial pump systems, service maintenance, and energy-efficient fluid management solutions across commercial and industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule service repair and maintenance activities using internal service management systems

• Handle customer enquiries and service requests via phone and email

• Prepare simple quotations and coordinate follow-up activities

• Support service engineers, contractors, and sales teams in daily operations

• Assign service resources based on technical capability and availability

• Coordinate spare parts availability and ensure timely service delivery

• Work closely with finance team on payment terms and customer credit verification

• Support customer master data and material code creation within SAP system

• Collect and summarize service reports to improve operational performance

• Provide basic technical and administrative support related to service operations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in service coordination or similar technical support role

• Experience in industrial equipment, pump systems, or technical service environment preferred

• Familiar with Microsoft Office and SAP systems

• Strong coordination, communication, and customer service skills

• Able to work effectively with internal stakeholders, customers, and contractors
