Job Description - Customer Service Executive - 3 Months Contract - Part-Time

We are a licensed employment agency assisting our client, a fast-growing festive gifting and premium F&B retail company in Singapore, to hire Customer Service Executives for their upcoming Mid-Autumn Festival peak season.

This is a 3-month contract role suitable for candidates who enjoy customer interaction, order coordination, and working in a lively festive retail environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and online platforms.
  • Assist customers with product information, order placement, delivery timing, pricing, promotions, and festive gifting options.
  • Handle order-related issues such as amendments, cancellations, delivery updates, missing items, complaints, and urgent requests.
  • Coordinate closely with e-commerce, warehouse, logistics, and retail teams to resolve customer matters quickly.
  • Support corporate gifting enquiries and assist with bulk order follow-ups where required.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, order updates, and service notes.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally, warmly, and promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor when needed.
  • Support the team during high-volume festive peak periods.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE “O” Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, call centre, e-commerce support, F&B, or hospitality will be advantageous.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Patient, polite, and able to manage customer enquiries professionally.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced festive season environment.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, order systems, Google Sheets, Excel, or CRM tools.
  • Responsible, responsive, and able to follow up on customer issues until resolution.
  • Able to commit to a 3-month contract period.

This role offers valuable hands-on experience in customer service, order support, and festive campaign operations. Candidates who perform well may be considered for future contract or permanent opportunities.
