Responsibilities:
● Making & receiving customer inquiry calls
● Handling customer complaints
● Collecting & analysing customer feedback
● Responding to customer reviews
● Support software training & software installation with customer
● Intervention driver fatigue cases for commercial bus & SME companies
● Assist in the retrieval of camera footage for customers
● Prepare usage report for sales team for grants claim
● Prepare telematic reports for customers to improve driver behaviours & help
reduce accident cases
● Data analytics for software & product accuracy
● Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation project
● Observe & monitor for server performance
● Arrange CCTV installation or maintenance booking with the customer
