The Role
As a Customer Service Officer at REVA Social Wellness, you’ll be the heartbeat of our space — ensuring our facilities are spotless, our guests are welcomed warmly, and everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Whether you’re handing someone a fresh towel, checking the sauna temperature, or simply offering a friendly smile, your work directly impacts our guests’ well-being and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Front Desk
● Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in.
● Handle guests enquiries.
● Resolve basic concerns, escalating more complex issues to the manager.
Facility monitoring & Operations
● Maintain cleanliness of location, ensure all areas are guest-ready at all times.
● Monitor and clean water features, ensuring proper hygiene, temperature, and presentation.
● Report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
● Assist with minor upkeep tasks as directed.
● Oversee towel circulation: distribution, collection, and laundry coordination.
What we’re looking for
● Friendly, responsible, and eager to create positive energy.
● Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and presentation.
● Team player who communicates clearly and respectfully.
● Comfortable with basic tech.
● Able to perform light physical tasks.
● Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
This position is available on either a full-time or part-time basis. Salary will commensurate with the employment arrangement and working hours.
