Customer Service Representative – 1 Year Contract - Part-Time

Responsibilities
• Handle incoming customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, chat) in a professional and timely manner. • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. • Address and resolve customer concerns, collaborate with relevant departments to ensure comprehensive issue resolution. • Support end-to-end supply chain business processes. • Facilitate and support inventory forecast, including strategic sourcing/procurement and management of inventory levels. • Process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. • Track and monitor order statuses, providing updates to customers as needed. • Coordinate with warehouse and logistic teams for order fulfillment. • Assist in renewal of Distribution Agreement (DA) and Letter of Authorization. • Manage distributors' inventory, ensuring that all data are updated and available. • Arrange and manage channel partners' inventory audit.
Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management. • Proficient in written and spoken communications skills in English. Proficiency in Chinese language will be an added advantage to effectively communicate with the management and North Asian stakeholders. • Expertise in SAP / ERP, Microsoft Office. Proficiency in excel will be an added advantage. • 1 Year Contract Position
