This is an exceptional opportunity for a customer-driven professional to secure a 1-year contract as a Customer Service Executive, with a competitive monthly salary ranging from S$/3800 to S$/4000. Comprehensive training is provided upon onboarding, and the role offers a hybrid work arrangement after the initial six months based on performance.
Deliver accurate and high-quality assistance to international clients by utilizing standard contact center software and operational tracking tools.
Manage and resolve complex client inquiries, transactional discrepancies, and partner escalations efficiently.
Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions, case documentation, and communication logs.
Support general administrative duties, operational reporting, and specialized customer engagement projects.
Adhere to designated roster schedules, supporting international operating hours across various early morning time blocks.

skills and experience required.
Minimum of a diploma qualification in any discipline.
2 years Experience handling inbound calls, digital correspondence, and inquiries within a structured contact center or customer support environment.
Strong multitasking abilities with the capacity to manage real-time verbal communication and system documentation simultaneously.
Prior experience working in a call centre environment and willingness to work on Australian working hour shifts
Positive interpersonal orientation with strong problem-solving capabilities and a background utilizing cloud-based helpdesk or ticketing platforms.
