Job Description - Customer Service & Ticketing Officer - Part-Time

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide information about facilities, services, and safety rules.
Handle registration and ticket sales, ensuring all participants have signed appropriate waivers and received wristbands for entry.
Process transactions using cash registers and digital payment systems, including handling cash and giving correct change.
Answer telephone inquiries, providing information on pricing, party bookings, and general inquiries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter area and ensure all brochures and flyers are well-stocked and displayed.
Coordinate with party planners or hosts to check-in groups efficiently and distribute necessary party materials.
Monitor and manage inventory of tickets, wristbands, and other necessary supplies.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for all guests.
Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues that arise at the counter.
Provide general support and information to staff and visitors to ensure a smooth operation of the playground.
